I loved your first episode—sincerely! Some of those TV shows I watch, some I don't and or won't, and I only skipped through the part about "The Voice" (the final won't air here for awhile). But it was all fun, so well done!
My advice to you is to do what YOU find fun, and audiences will find you. Also, if it's fun, you'll keep doing shows (yes, please!).
Constructive criticism: I think we can improve your sound, especially Andrew's. My sound was terrible when I started and even now I keep trying to make it better. I know other podcasters will be happy to share their experience with you, too.
